Clubs and Drop-In Classes occur on a regular monthly basis.

Coat Club
Currently, the Coat Club meets on the 4th Monday of every month at the WonderFil Specialty Threads location (Bay #3, 2915 19th Street NE, Calgary) from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.  Due to space, membership is limited to 6 participants for each session, and each session runs for three months.  Join the club and make a coat...or work your way through all of the Akasha patterns and make several coats.  You'll receive assistance in picking fabrics, fitting and altering the pattern and tips for construction techniques.  You'll also get the opportunity to be the first to try new Akasha patterns - before they're released - and provide feedback on the instructions and the cover art.

You'll need to bring the Basic Fitting Supplies and Basic Sewing Supplies to each club session.

Drop In Fit
Drop In Fit occurs the 3rd Monday of every month from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the WonderFil Specialty Threads location (Bay #3, 2915 19th Street NE, Calgary).   No registration is required.  Occasionally, a class may have to be cancelled due to trade shows or other commitments.  It is recommended that you confirm the class will run by checking the class schedule.

You'll need to bring the Basic Fitting Supplies, as well as your prepared pattern that is ready for fitting. 

The class is intended for students that have taken some fitting classes and are familiar with the Palmer-Pletsch method of tissue fitting, but need some additional assistance.  This is not an instructional class.
